Tarn brings over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry—and a deep passion for food and community—to everything she does. Influenced by her Thai heritage and years working in both front- and back-of-house roles, she’s developed a style rooted in warmth, bold flavors, and approachability. Opening her own restaurant just before her 40th birthday was a dream come true, and she pours that same dedication into every dish.

Outside the kitchen, Tarn loves to unwind at Point No Point Resort, cheer on her favorite sports teams while cuddling her two dachshunds, and spend quality time with friends and family.
